What is HuisTeKoop
|
HuisTeKoop is not a real-estate agent. HuisTeKoop is an
information site where owners of real-estate can offer their house for
sale to potential buyers.

You
can select a house at search 1 . Or
if you have less knowledge of the location of Dutch cities search 2 .The only difference
is the way of navigation. The result is the same. In these pages you
can select a (mayor) city. The last item of a province is not a city
but the rest or the other places in the province. When you look at the
content of real-estates in a city you can select one and see the
details.
If the first page is a photo, select on the bottom text : "klik hier
voor details van deze woning" which means " click here for details of
the house" You will get a description page of the house.
There is no translation for this content. In the left upper conner
there is an object id number mentioned which is unique for each house.

are interested and would like to have more information, you can
contact the owner of the house directly.

By e-mail if availeble :
- Use the button :
"mail naar de contactpersoon " you can click on it and send a e-mail
to the owner. If this button is not there the owner has no e-mail so
you cannot send an e-mail.

Because HuisTeKoop is no real-estate agent you can buy the real-estate
directly from the owner without any intervenience of HuisTeKoop. For
you, as the buyer, there are no costs what so ever.
If you really would like to hire a real-estate agent try to find one
on the web.

Mail form
|
There
is a special e-mail form to send a message to the owner, a short
translation :
object id = Object ID is filled automatic for you
onderwerp = subject
uw e-mail adres = your e-mail address
bericht = the message you want to send to the owner
Mail sent to HuisTeKoop will not be sent to the owner.

Sell
|
If you
would like to sell your real-estate which is located in the
Netherlands you will need support of a Dutch speaking person. It this
is impossible for you, please try to find a real-estate agent.
